- We promise to post your order within one business day by
the appropriate Royal Mail
delivery service so that you receive your
order as soon as possible. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding
Bank Holiday Mondays, Christmas and Boxing Day. Saturday and Sunday are
not business days.
- There is a charge for delivery of goods purchased. The scale of charges
is available at Shipping and Returns Policy.
- We do not keep any of your Credit or Debit Card details on our site.
Payments are handled by
PayPal and they
are responsible for secure payments. PayPal uses 128 bit high grade encryption
technology in order to secure communication between your browser and their web site.
They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron
payments on our behalf. Therefore, you may use any of these cards to make a payment.
You do not have to create a PayPal account in order to make payments.
Alternatively,
you may wish to pay by Cheque or Money/Postal Order. In this case, please choose
the suitable payment option during checkout process.
- We try to provide you with the best quality of goods we can get and to
deliver those to you as quick and effectively as possible. However, all our
products come with a 30 day "no quibble" guarantee. If you wish to cancel an
order, you may return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery. This
grace period is significantly longer than provided for in the United Kingdom's
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and applies to all
our products. To return any product and cancel an order, please fill out the
returns slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as
"Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us
with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 30 days of
the date that the item was delivered to you. We also operate within the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This does not affect

When we receive the products within 30 days, we will refund the cost of the
product to your account.
- You will receive a refund from Silveriz.biz within 30 days of our receipt of
the returned goods.
- We will refund the full purchase price of the items subject to deductions of
handling charges incurred in the transaction, which are levied upon
us by the payment handling company, which are beyond our control.
In the case of cheque or money/postal order payments, we will refund the full cost of the item
purchased by sending a cheque to the purchaser's name.
- At present we can only deliver to European Union customers.
- Purchasers must be aged 18 years or over.
- If you wish to complain about an item you have purchased or the service you have

to use the web form and we will deal with your complaint promptly.
